【Notice for CHT 4G Prepaid Card Unlimited Data】

1. Each subscriber is limited to one 4G Day Pass Prepaid Card per person. The subscribers must be at least 20 years old. For those who are under 20, please visit our service center with your legal representative (parent or custodian), presenting both parties' primary and Secondary ID for application.

Please kindly prepare the following documents as below:

- Barcode / QR code on Order Confirmation Notification

- Please prepare two kinds of identification when applying for the prepaid card: Your passport and one of the following document (entry permit issued by the National Immigration Agency, visa, boarding pass, Entry Stamp, TR, resident certificate or ISIC.) If you do not possess any of the aforementioned document, please present an official ID (with photograph) from your native country (such as social security card, ID card or driver’s license) etc.)

2. The phone must support SIM card and be unlocked from prior cellular carrier.

3. There will be someone there to assist you to activate the card when you pick up the card at the airport. The effective date will start from the day you active the card. If the internet is still unavailable once you active the card, please set your APN to "internet"(IOS and Android both apply)

4. This SIM card can be refilled at the convenience stores (Including 7-11, Family Mart). There is a minimum NT$300 refill amount. The unused money will not be returned after the expiry date.

5. Please refer to the airport's service time and Chunghwa Telecom direct store service time for the pick up time

6. 24H Customer Service Hotline: Subscribers of Chunghwa Telecom may dial toll-free number 928 from mobile handset, please dial 9 for service representative; or dial toll-free number 0800-080-928 from local land line

Tickets that are available for instant confirmation, E-Voucher will be issued via email within 2 working days after payment is settled. Please print and bring along the E-voucher with you when you visit the attraction.

- Airport Terminal 1、Terminal 2 Station Ticket Exchange Counter Service Time: 07:00-23:00

- No refund or exchange on any ticket is permitted.

- Please reserve your tickets before 2 working days in advanced.
