We offer flawless service that a special pre-arrangement was set for all sim card, no registration is needed.
Your pre-purchased SIM Card need to be collected at the following outlets:
1/ Counter A09 @ Hong Kong International Airport - Counter A09, Main Arrival Hall, (opposite Exit A),
Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1 (Daily 7am- 11pm)
2/ TST Office - Room 916, 9/F, Tower A, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon
(MTR Tsim Sha Tsui, Exit P) (Mon-Fri 9am- 7pm, Sat 9am-1pm, Public Holiday Closed)
Products that are available for instant confirmation, our customer service officer will contact you via email within 2 working days
after payment is settled, you can either come to our office for picking up ticket or delivery service (if available).
Friendly Reminder: When Hong Kong calls are forwarded to overseas mobile number, International Call Forward Service fees will be
charged once you receive incoming calls from Hong Kong. Kindly contact your mobile service provider for more details.

Reservation Procedure

Service Request can be submitted via Tel, Fax or E-mail. Please contact our customer service officers in minimum (2) FULL working day in advance on arrangements.

For service(s) that NOT available for instant confirmation, our customer service officer will contact you via e-mail within the next 24 hours in order to confirm you the product’s availability with payment methods and payment due date.
If you receive no reply from our side, please contact us at (852) 2739 4296 for further details. -
Non-refundable full payment is required upon success reservation. Please settle payment per one of the payment methods we suggest.
- Upon receive your successful payment, Confirmation and / or Service Voucher will be issued and sent to your email account within 24 hours.
