Tickets that are available for instant confirmation, E-Voucher will be issued via email within 2 working days after payment is settled. Please print and bring along the E-voucher with you when you visit the attraction.

[E-Voucher - Method of Ticket collection]

For ticket collection, please exchange your voucher at Mosh Singapore ticketing counter within the ticket validity.

- The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the printed voucher to redeem admission tickets

- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

- All tickets are issued by E-tickets

- No refund or exchange on any ticket is permitted

- Please reserve your tickets before 5 working days in advanced
