Tickets that are available for instant
confirmation, E-Voucher will be issued via email within 2 working days after
payment is settled. Please print and bring along the E-voucher with you when
you visit the park.

- No refund or exchange on any ticket is permitted
- For normal ticket, please reserve your tickets before 3 working days in advanced; For Special Combo, please reserve your tickets before 5 working days in advanced
- The child ticket is for children between the ages of 3 and 12
