It will be issued via email within 2 working days after payment is settled. Please print and bring along the E-voucher with you when you visit the park.

Our customer service officer will contact you via email within 2 working days after payment is settled, you can either come to our office for picking up ticket or delivery service (if available).

*No refund will be provided due to any unforeseen situations (eg. bad weather, illness etc) or in the event of cancellation of the ticket order and no amendment to the ticket order will be entertained.
