- Provide the date of ticket exchange

-Location of ticket exchange: 
Choice 1: To exchange your tickets, kindly present the e-voucher to duty staff (details please refer to the e-voucher we issue) stationed ourside the group sales counter of Universal Studio Singapore.

Choice 2: Kindly let us know the Singapore Hotel you will be staying, we will deliver tickets to hotel in Singapore.

- All tickets are issued by E-tickets
- No refund or exchange on any ticket is permitted
- Please reserve your tickets before 3 working days in advanced
- The child ticket is for children between the ages of 3 and 12
